Can someone tell me how to load music on my husband's thumps? Simply if possible.

Connect the USB cable to your computer.

The Thumps should now show up as a new removable disk drive

You can now drag and drop your MP3 or WPA files onto that drive.

Can I move files from my Itunes to the thumps? I know these are probably stupid questions, but I have no clue and the directions are crazy.

I don't see why not, although you might not be able to use the I-Tunes interface. You would have to locate the WMA files on your computer and move them manually.

nope. they are encoded to only be read by an ipod. rtcarolina would have to convert the itune files to mp3 first. the songs are stored in .m4a format (i think) aac audio

you can put all the music you want on an ipod, but to get it off, you need third party software
