I remember it like it was yesterday. Whether or not he meant it I don't know.

"When he came to Baltimore, Kemoeatu was 310 pounds and didn't know a thing about using leverage. But he worked hard in the weight room and in two years increased his bench press by 90 pounds (he now benches 400 pounds)."

I don't know that Kemo looks any bigger across the shoulder in this pic from last year, but Jenks definitely looks bigger across the middle to me. It could be that vest thing but not entirely.

Well, like I said he might not have taken the question seriously but I'd bet my life on the fact that he said 325. There was something in the way he answered that mad me think he wasn't taking the question seriously.

When he came to Carolina, Kemoeatu was 410 pounds and still didn't know a thing about using leverage.

wtf? I had no idea he was playing at 334. That's insane, although he did seem to play better last year.

At the same time, 285 is way to lean for Sapp. But if he can add some quality weight with carbs and hitting the weights between now and the season he'll be fine. 300 lbs was his ideal weight in his hey day.

Some guys try to play lighter later to extend their careers.

Lavalais is pretty much just a fat guy. Skinny legs, small upper body. Pretty much just a fat guy.

Didn't see this the first time. Now there's a performance enhancing drug that increases your body fat percentage? What's it called? Chocaloids? Next thing you know they will ban little debbie snack cakes.
