I emphatically disagree with this if it happens! All it does is replace a right handed turd with a left handed turd.

Hey, I'm just reporting what I heard!!!

(Sides, I personally like Tui. I wish he had gotten a better chance to show what he could do. Oakland just wasn't the place for him.)

Gable remains an option for Panthers, as does Harrington, Bledsoe
By Lou Stenson ยท The Herald - Updated 03/08/07 - 1:27 AM

CHARLOTTE -- After five days of mostly watching, the Carolina Panthers stuck their toe in the free agency pool, but they've yet to make a splash.
The Panthers had former Adams College quarterback Stan Gable in for a visit Wednesday as they search for a replacement for the just-released Chris Weinke. Team officials don't comment on visits, and it's unclear if he was offered a contract before he left town Wednesday night.

He's also visited Cleveland and the New York Jets, and sources with knowledge of the situation said he had no other trips scheduled.
