    anybody got a good roofer they recommend. This house was built in 92 and i'm thinking that's it getting time for a new roof. I've come to this conclusion because of the water stains i've found. So, i'm smart like that. Now i just need a good roofer. Good price wise as well.

    No such thing as a good inexpensive roofer. Or painter. You get what you pay for. Talk to a reputable general contractor about who he recommends and bite the bullet.

    Or you could do the trailer thing and just put old tires on the tarps.
