    per Forbes Didn't he get in trouble when he was tampering to get Joe Smith and forfeit 2 or 3 1st round draft picks around 3-4 years back?

    Yes, and he's been roundly criticized for not building a winner around Kevin Garnett. Looking at the list, there seems to be some mystery element that I'm not understanding. Billy King #3????

    Billy King? Are they serious? I've more often heard commentators call him the worst GM in the league. And Kevin McHale? Have the TWolves won anything under him?

    Kevin McHale and Billy King are both morons, which means this ranking scale is broken. Nice to see Marty Hurney checking in at 7th though, or maybe that's not so good actually...

    So going from a doormat to barely above .500 due primarily to drafting one player and advancing past the first round of the playoffs once in eight tries makes you the best gm in all of sports?
