You mean Eric Steinbach to Cleveland? Hutchinson plays for Minnesota.

:kenny: Geez that's a lot of coin. From what I have read this wasn't the best FA class at all and that "nice" players were going to be grossly overpaid.

Where they are going per ESPN INSIDER:

    Nate Clements
    Bills 49ers
    Titans
Browns Niners close to signing Clements
<Mar. 2> The 49ers have made significant progress in their pursuit of Clements, and could get a deal done today, reports ESPN.com's John Clayton. Clements, the top cornerback on the market, is also a target of the Titans and Browns. However, neither team has as much money as San Francisco, which has good chance of getting the deal done.
    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Jeff Garcia
    Eagles Broncos?
    Buccaneers?
    Raiders?
    Vikings? Garcia in demand
<Mar. 2> The Raiders and Buccaneers have emerged as the early favorites to land Garcia, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The Vikings have also expressed interest in the veteran quarterback, and there's a chance he could end up in Denver as Jay Cutler's backup.
If Garcia wants a legitimate chance to start, the Raiders might be his best option. With Aaron Brooks gone, Andrew Walter is the only quarterback on the Raiders' roster. Garcia took the Eagles to the playoffs last year, and even though he's 36, he's done a great job of re-establishing himself as a winner.

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Adalius Thomas
    Ravens Patriots
    49ers
    Packers?
    Browns? Patriots pursuing Thomas
<Mar. 2> Boston.com is reporting that the Patriots will have Thomas in on Saturday and could finalize a blocbuster deal, according to a source familiar with the negotiations. With LB Tully Banta-Cain making visits, the Patriots are feeling some urgency to land Thomas, ESPN.com's John Clayton reported earlier Friday. The Patriots' main competition for the free-agent linebacker is the 49ers. The Packers and Browns are also in the mix.
Thomas, a Pro Bowler in 2006, is a Patriots type of player across the board -- with great size, instincts and love for the game. He had 83 tackles in 2006 and was second on the Ravens with 11 sacks.

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Daniel Graham
    Patriots Broncos?
    Raiders?
    Seahawks?
    Vikings? Graham making the rounds
<Mar. 2> Graham is visiting the Broncos today, but negotiations haven't started, reports ESPN.com's John Clayton. Graham is scheduled to go to Oakland Saturday and Seattle Sunday. Talks should start heating up in the next 48 hours. The Vikings are also believed to be interested in the free-agent tight end.
Gaham is highly coveted due to his effectiveness as a receiver as well as a blocker. He caught 21 passes for 235 yards last season in New England. He has 17 career touchdowns, including a career-high seven in 2004.

    WHO WHAT THE SKINNY

    Takeo Spikes
    Bills Trade Bills trading Spikes?
<Mar. 2> The Bills are trying to find a trade partner for Spikes, the Buffalo News reports. The trade or release of the veteran linebacker would save Buffalo about $2.8 million in salary cap space.
Coming off an Achilles tendon injury, the 30-year-old Spikes played in 12 games last season. He finished with 70 tackles and one sack.

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Patrick Kerney
    Falcons Broncos?
    Seahawks? Kerney exploring options
<Mar. 2> Kerney will begin his free-agency tour in Denver. If no deal is worked out there, the defensive end will head to Seattle for a visit, according to ESPN.com's John Clayton.
Kerney opted out of the final two years of his contract with the Falcons to explore his options as an unrestricted free agent. Even though he is coming off an injury (right pectoral muscle), Kerney is one of the top impact players in free agency.

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Leonard Davis
Cardinals Cowboys? Davis headed to Dallas?
<Mar. 2> Davis arrived Friday morning in Dallas and will meet with Cowboys officials, according to ESPN.com's Matt Mosley. Davis, the No. 2 overall pick by the Cardinals in 2001, has the versatility to play tackle or guard.
Last season, former Bears first-round choice Marc Colombo, another unrestricted free agent, started every game at right tackle. The Cowboys were unable to negotiate a deal in time to prevent Colombo from hitting the open market.

"I really want to stay here," Colombo said Thursday. "I feel a lot of loyalty because of what Bill [Parcells] did for me, but we'll just have to see what happens."

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Joey Porter
    Steelers Browns? Browns eyeing Porter?
<Mar. 2> Browns coach Romeo Crennel told The Plain Dealer that the Browns are interested in Porter, who was released by the Steelers in a salary-cap move.
"Well, of course [we're interested]," said Crennel. "Everybody should be interested in Joey, particularly 3-4 [defensive] teams. But along with that, you also have to look at what it's going to cost for some of these guys, and Joey's coming out late [in the free-agent sweepstakes]. He's into it late, so we'll have to see how that plays out and see how he would fit with the team."

Porter's productivity tailed off considerably in 2006. Word around the league is that Porter, whose forte has always been his explosive quickness coming off the edge, has lost a half-step.

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    London Fletcher-Baker
Bills Redskins Fletcher in Redskins' fold?
<Mar. 2> Fletcher could sign with the Redskins as early as today, The Washington Post is reporting. Fletcher, known as one of the most durable middle linebackers in the league, has spent the last five seasons in Buffalo. The 31-year-old had 101 tackles and two sacks last season.
    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Al Wilson
    Broncos Lions Lions want Wilson
<Mar. 2> Although the Lions feel they fared well in the deal that sent cornerback Dre' Bly to Denver, landing offensive tackle George Foster and tailback Tatum Bell, the veteran player they had hoped to get in the trade was Wilson, writes ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli.
Detroit head coach Rod Marinelli was really disappointed with the middle linebacker position in 2006 and felt Wilson would have solved the problem in his Cover 2 scheme. The Broncos consistently rebuffed the Lions' efforts to have Wilson included in the trade discussions. But no one should be surprised if Detroit makes another run at Wilson, although the odds of prying him away from the Broncos are slim.

    WHO WHAT THE SKINNY

Denver Running back Broncos in the running
<Mar. 2> Look for the Broncos to ramp up their efforts to land a tailback in the next week or so, reports ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli. Denver will visit with Green Bay unrestricted free agent Ahman Green, and the Broncos have had preliminary discussions with Buffalo officials about Willis McGahee, who is being actively shopped by the Bills.
    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Eric Steinbach
    Bengals Browns?
    Buccaneers?
    Seahawks? Steinbach's suitors
<Mar. 2> Seattle, Tampa Bay and Cleveland are expected to be the first three stops for Steinbach, one of the highest-rated guards on the free-agent market, according to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.
Steinbach, 26, Steinbach was a first alternate for the Pro Bowl in 2005, when he started all 16 regular-season games and a playoff loss to Pittsburgh. He was Cincinnati's second-round pick in 2003.

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    T.J. Duckett
Redskins Jets? Duckett in Jets' plans?
<Mar. 2> Having released veterans Kevan Barlow and Derrick Blaylock, the Jets are seeking a veteran tailback to augment a depth chart where youngster Leon Washington is now the starter by default. One name to watch is Duckett, a player the Jets like, and who will visit with team officials soon, reports ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli.
The Jets feel Duckett, who played sparingly in Washington last year after the Redskins acquired him from Atlanta, offers a nice complement to the speedy Washington. Also, look for Jets tailback Curtis Martin to soon make official his retirement. Martin was a visitor to the NFL combine last week and told friends there that he has all but abandoned any hopes of a comeback.

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Kris Dielman
Chargers Seahawks? Dielman set to depart?
<Mar. 2> Although Dielman said he would prefer to stay in San Diego, he knows there is a lot of money to be made on the open market.
"It would be dumb for me to not go to free agency," Dielman, a left guard who made $1.573 million last year, told the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Dielman and the Chargers discussed a contract extension last year, but talks broke off at the end of November. The two sides are believed to be more than $1 million apart on annual salary. Seattle will be Dielman's first free-agent stop, according to ESPN.com's John Clayton.

    WHO INTERESTED THE SKINNY

    Fred Smoot
    Vikings Redskins? Skins targeting Smoot
<Mar. 2> The Redskins have identified Smoot as one of their top priorities in free agency, according to The Washington Post.
After losing out in the Dre' Bly sweepstakes, the Redskins are eager to make a move while there are still some quality cornerbacks on the market. The Redskins drafted Smoot in 2001, and even though he was a free-agent disappointment in Minnesota over the last two seasons, they appear confident he can still play at a high level.

    Patriots land Thomas
Posted by John Tomase at 7:52 pm
According to a league source with knowledge of the negotiations, the Patriots are about to make the splash of free agency by agreeing to a contract with Ravens linebacker Adalius Thomas, considered one of the top players on the market.
“Thomas is done there,” said the source, a rival executive.

Looks like $7.5 million a year $17 million guaranteed

Redskins | Team reaches agreement with Fletcher-Baker
    Fri, 2 Mar 2007 18:39:49 -0800

Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Washington Redskins have reached an agreement with free agent LB London Fletcher-Baker (Bills). He will sign a five-year, $25 million contract that includes $10.5 million in bonuses. He will earn nearly $13 million in the first two seasons and about $15 million in the first three seasons.

Kinda of makes you glad we did not have much cap space this year. None of these guys are worth that kind of money.
