so i d/l an app thru bit torrent.

the app is inside a 4-part rar file sequence.

i unrar the rar-files and it makes 22 sequential zip files.

inside each zip file is a text descriptor of the file, a checksum file, and one of 22 sequential rar files.

i unzip the zips and unrar the rars to get the actual app installer.

jesus people.

If it's something cool zip the whole thing and shoot it to me. I would have lost patience long ago

 

How do you unrar the rar files?

 

i can sort of understand why you'd have a bunch of rar files. these apps tend to get posted on newsgroups where file size is an issue.

but to take the original 22 rar files and then zip them? and then re-rar the thing into larger parts? why on earth would you go there?

i can't even remember what the damn thing was that i got.
