    Just got my new monitor. Viewsonic 19" multimedia with built in sound. 1440x900. It's really odd to see such a wide screen. Looks better than the old one that kept flickering off.

    Viewsonic makes a pretty damned good monitor. Especially if you consider their prices.

    That's what my other one was too. Guess it was just a lemon. Had issues from day one, but nothing as bad as what made me replace it. Hell, Muff told me it was a good one. No big deal. I like the widescreen, just takes some getting used to.

    Missed this the first time around.

    Samsung has a nice affordable 22" widescreen that is high quality. I think It's just a tad over $300 @ newegg.

    How much was it. I have an older, A70, 17 inch ViewSonic. I like it.
