I was thinking right before the snap that nothing would be sweeter than to see another Grammatica choke...but I was wrong (forgot that Romo was the holder).

 

If Banieaux got blocked by the Martian, he'd never hear the end of it. He's a kicker, not exactly a blocking specialist.

I think Romo's display after the play and after the game was the worst cry baby act I've ever seen. Sitting on the field like he wanted to be carted off, then sitting on the bench with his head between his legs, and finally in the locker room head down in the locker room. Yes he botched the play but I would not want any kid watching to see his "PERFORMANCE". Play the game to the best of your ability and be man enough to face losing head on. Of course maybe Jessica Simpson had promised him some pussy if he won the game. Now that is one thing I would cry about losing.

 

It's Carrie Underwood. The Jessica Simpson thing was totally false. Her Dad was the one spreading the rumor that she and Romo were an item. Simpson and Romo have never dated.

Yeah, that was a brain fart, but that loss wasn't all Romo's fault. None -- I repeat none of Dallas' playmakers (except Witten) made any plays at all. Terry Glenn and Terell Owens should've lit up SEA for a buck a piece. I stopped counting drops by both at 6. Romo was checking down to his 4th receiver (Crayton), because Glenn and TO either couldn't get open or couldn't hang onto the ball. It was pathetic, and I'm not even a Cowboys fan.

 

Time to beat the dead horse here :newsmile53: but I just wanted to :newsmile22: this to say that there is a wonderful big picture of Romo sitting on the turf crying in this week's issue of SI (Jan. 15 issue). It's in the "Leading Off" part at the beginning of the magazine. Up in the left hand corner is a smaller pic of his botched hold. It is too funny!
