    And now have a QB carousel starting up. With three guys now instead of just the two.

    Someone reminded me that Pete Rodriguez used to be a pretty highly sought after special teams coach.

    I've heard a couple of folks speculate that this was mainly to save Del Rio's job (which does make some sense).

    I strongly believe in the Peter Principle. Tice was promoted beyond his level of competence. As a coordinator he should be fine. I would like for us to do more of that.

    I don't think Tice is anything more than a TE/OL coach, but a darn good one at that. He's just not head coach or OC material.

    JDR hiring McCoy away from us is too much to hope for. It would be dumber than his punter burying that axe in his foot a couple of years ago.

    His offense might end up being even more conservative than Henning's. Hope those WRs can block -- I have a hunch they're going to be asked to do a lot of it next season.
