Morgan returned to the Panthers locker room today and told his team mates he's been cleared to return next year. If we could just change his contract to a "per game played" basis....

    Dumb, dumber, dumbest

Dan Morgan can be excused for thinking he can play again without serious injury; he's already brain-damaged.

The doctor who has cleared him to play should have his license revoked.

The Panthers' front office and coaches -- if they should allow him to play on their team -- should be held criminally liable.

Perhaps Morgan will beat the odds -- long as they are -- and have more success on the field. More power to him because football is all he knows. It is highly likely, however, he will wind up being carried off on a stretcher and feeding pigeons the rest of his life. If the Carolina Panthers have any intelligence or compassion at all, it won't be on their dime.

Cut him and resign him to a much more cap friendly figure. As much as I like him and no fault of his own, he has not come close to given the Panthers their moneys worth.

If he wants to play and the Panthers want him to play wouldn't it be better for him to move outside? My vote is to let walk, he risking alot. Feeding squirrels and drooling is not the way for a young man to spend his life.
