First night and weekend of ACC b-ball

    I know Maryland already played 2 games but the ACC kicks off this weekend for everyone else with a ton of teams playing tonight:

    Boston College vs. New Hampshire @ 7:00
    Clemson vs. Arkansas State @ 9:00
    Georgia Tech vs. Elon @ 8:00
    Miami vs. Florida International (expect a brawl :quiet: ) on the 11th
    N.C. State vs. Wofford @ 7:00
    Virginia Tech vs. Coppin State @ 7:30
    Wake Forest vs. James Madison @ 2:00 on the 11th
    All these games are on the 12th
    Virginia vs. Arizona @ 7:00
    Duke vs. Columbia @ 9:00
    Florida State vs. McNeese State @ 7:30

    I know none of the matchups are good except Virginia and Arizona but it's always interesting to see how the teams look and how the freshman are going to do. Question for Math: I know Brandon Costner played some last year and was injured, did he redshirt and a freshman again? He was a McDonald's All american and looks to be the key to N.C. State being decent. Just glad b-ball is back even if all the games are bad this weekend. Thaddeus Young and Javaris Crittendon are going to be awesome at GT.

    I think they did redshirt Costner. And Grant is splitting time with Atsur at point. That's a very tall 6'7" point guard.

    Yeah, that State/Wofford game will probably be a blow out.

    Shamari Spears had 23 points. Thought he´d be a really good pickup. With a name like Shamari Spears he has to be a badass.

    That's a big win for the ACC. Virginia looked pretty good. Singletary is unbelievable and Mamadi Diane looked good.
