Keyshawn on takin' it to the house

ON sirius, not xm (but, hey, you can listen to OPRAH RADIO on xm). Anywho, said he's really looking foward to seeing joe thiesman. sounded pretty pissed. said he wanted to ask vick-lover about him calling keyshawn an idiot when he got deactivated. said he was gonna ask him if he knew how to spell it.

hopefully that's a little extra motivation for monday nite. not that they should really need it.

 

I have to admit, I was in the large group of folks who passed judgment on Key without really knowing him.

I don't really KNOW him now, but in dealing with him, you kinda have to learn to read him to understand him.

He's a straight talker. Says what is on his mind--like it or not--he is honest.

I'm glad he's here.

 

Don't know him at all, but he speaks his mind and doesn't play games. I can respect that though there were years past he wasn't as "adult about it" though not to TO proportions. Football (and especially WRs) is about ego - if they didn't have one, they wouldn't be stand out players. Smitty has said some things that were rather testy (calling the fans weak after Dallas?!) and has DONE things (Bright) far worse then Key.

I'm sure most players at least think some of the same things, it's just some can hold it in, others can't or don't.

 

I always thought Key to be egotistical, humorous and honest. I have never made comparison to TO. I was excited when the rumors started regarding Key coming to Carolian. I haven't changed my opinion.

 

I thought he was an idiot when he was inactivated too. Still do. Maybe not idiot, but something not good. I do think he has not done anything idiotic or bad in a long time, and I'm glad he's here. He needs to focus on the game and not JT. Of course, his mouth basically runs all the time, so he's not necessarily focusing on JT.
