    We've only done better than this 3 times in our history - all 3 of our playoff years.

    We went 4-4 midway in 1997 also. We finished 7-9.

    Making the playoffs is the goal for the 2nd half, and it's a very reasonable goal. 6-2 would probably get it done, and all of the remaining games are quite winable.

    same here

    konw exactly how ya feel malapoo.. last night i was so mad.. ive never been more upset after a game.. but yeah bout going 6-2.. its definitely not gonna be easy but we got the rest of nfc east and our div one more time.. i feel like we can beat tampa and no again.. going to atlanta and playing the giants i think will be our 2 toughest games in the next 8.. but like we seen this past week.. we all felt pretty good against dallas even through the 3rd quarter.. but its the nfl

    The Panthers that have played thus far, would be in my opinion a longshot (not impossible) to make the post season. Can it be fixed? Hopefully, but then again, you'd like to see it have been fixed before 1/2 the season was gone. They've shown flashes of incredible play at times, but neither side of the ball is playing consistent. They'll look improved one week and then awful the next. And I'm not sure any group has put together four solid quarters. It's getting tiring wondering not only from week to week which team will show up, but wondering at the start and again at halftime which team will come out of the tunnel. The Bipolar Panthers?
