    Announcer said it was. But I guess he was wrong (didn't look like it and play by play does not states as a miss wide right).

    Did anyone see the staredown the Carney game Marshall after the kick? He looked like he wanted to eat his children.

    Made me wonder if he didn't get a piece or influence Carney some how. Either way there is something funny about a pissed off kicker.

    He did deflect a pass in the endzone.
    He did that, too.

    He's a gamer. He's also a rook, and he's not going to play like Lucas right off. I just hope Lucas is better ASAP, because we need him fulltime ASAP. Not because Marshall or Gamble are awful, but because Lucas is one of our best.

    The announcer speculated that Marshall may have distracted Carney and prompted the miss, but not that he tipped it. The trajectory clearly shows that no one hit it.

    Davis made some plays. This is his first year starting and I don't think we did him any favors moving him around his first year, so I'm not expecting him to be solid this early.

    marshall most certainly had a deflection/disruption/something in the end zone

    not sure if it would have been caught at all, but marshall did a good job making sure it wasn't going to be.

    It also looked like Marshall got away with a little bit of a shove on the endzone deflection.
