I don't even try to count his fuckups....it would take away from concentrating on the game.

For what the announcers get paid, one would think that they would at least do a little bit more homework.

Shit, pay me $100,000 a year and I'll tell you each player's third cousin's names.

The game was not in HD...It was 480p Widescreen. The Splicer system that FOX uses to feed affiliates can only support 6 HD feeds at one time. Our game was switched with the Packers/Saints game to become the #7 game.

It was kinda sad...The truck they had was NMT (said to stand for No Maintance TV) DX-15 with no support truck...

It was posted over on the AVS Forum that WCCB's splicer locked up and had to be rebooted, that was the reason the pre-game show and the beginning of the game was 4:3...

That explains why it looked a little funny. on a 60" screen defects tend to show up :(

I had the full screen but the difference between the pictures on FOX and CBS was very noticable. It was like it was partially HD.

I changed it to channel 2 at the beginning of the game b/c it was 4/3 on channel 225.

So - they didn't fix it in time.

    No matter. it's deleted now.
