    A Professional opinion

    1: you have not given enough information regarding the PC or Laptop
    2: Don't know if it is a clone or OEM
    3: Don't know if it is legit or bootleg OS

    Other than that it could be:
    a: no beeps no screen = memory, CPU or power supply
    b: Beeps & BIOS screen but won't start = HD or partition or OS issue
    c: Starts to boot but hangs before desktop = Drivers or hardware


    Additonal diagnosis available at cost.
