Apparently, he's chomping on a half of a pack of nicorette when he's on the sideline. He goes through boxes of the stuff every week or so. That cant be good.

I hate JDR. I'd like to punch him in his nut sack (before he killed me).

    Why hate JDR?

I am sure there are many things I do not know about the Del Rio-Fox connection. The only certainty I remember is when he signed on as DC and in one of the first games the Panthers won over the Ravens because rookie Peppers racked the QB and rookie Morgan captured the interception. After that season ended, DelRio went on to become a head coach -- which I assume is the goal for any coordinator -- but there always seemed to be some animosity lingering between he and Fox. I never quite understood why there seemed to be that niggling edge. Could someone elucidate?

I can't speak for Fox, but JDR always struck me as someone who uses people to get what he wants. It's not the fact that he left us that bothers me, because getting a head coaching job is a big deal, I just don't like him as a person. To me, he's not that much different from Mora.

I'd guess stuff like the "it's my defense" (in his first year as a DC, while working for a guy who had the same job for longer) is just the tip of the iceberg. Personally, I tend to doubt any assertion that Fox had nothing to do with it (edit: by "it" I mean the defense, not JDR leaving).
