Richardson runs his smaller-market team like it's one of the big boys, and as a former player he understands the game on every level. He wants to win, badly, and has been doing so as of late. :ylsuper:

I don't know how you can put two guys "top shelf" above anyone else. I just don't believe in that. Jerry Jones is a great owner, but not everything he's touched has turned to gold. In fact, he made some very shitty personnel moves between 1995 and 2003. Fired Switzer and replaced him with Gailey, and then replaced Gailey with Campo. Got the team to reach for Quincy Carter. Ryan Leaf. Considering Troy Hambrick to be the heir apparent to Emmitt Smith.

and Bill Parcells needs to accomplish something more than one playoff loss before we consider that a brilliant hire.

I think you can put Kraft up there though.

Strap a couple Super Bowl wins to Carolina and we might see him being considered "Top Shelf" also.

Our wins often do tend to be ugly. They are ugly, but they have good personality. Look better when drunk.

There were some ugly ones. Hopefully, we can win every game 48-0 this season.
