I have yet to catch an entire game out west so someone give me some feedback. Can Buffalo or the Canes beat these guys? They seem pretty hot lately. Why lately? What changed for them so late in the season?

they are getting great goaltending from Roloson, their backline isn't making mistakes, and they are getting production from guys like Raffi Torres, who is a nice player, but certainly not a guy you think can kill you. They also have Samsonov up front, Ryan Smyth, and on the backline, Chris Pronger is as good as they get at this stage of the season. They are tough, but I think CAR or BUF could beat them for the Cup.

I'm sure if the Canes play them we will find the Oilers are cheap shot artists, divers, and ALL the penalties go their way.
