What I think is so funny is that they think they are weakening us by signing RMJ and Wesley. :umno:
    :lmao:

I bet Wesley is pissed. One of the reasons he went there instead of accepting our offer was that he thought he'd get more playing time.

I hope the Bears and Dolphins meet in SB XLI. We can call it the "We whored off Carolina Bowl."

Seriously, watch RMJ and Wesley come crawling back in 2-3 years.

    I would be, too.

those logins are also valid at the Lair.

They're not incredibly far off here:
They're off on the "alot", both in grammar and in the superlative, but he's probably better than anything they could've gotten in the 3rd and definitely better than the average 3rd.

They were probably going to grab a nickel around there anyway. You just wouldn't have had to pay him $21 mil, or at least wouldn't have had to pay him the $7 mil up front. That's the thing that's hard to swallow in this deal, they ridiculously overpaid. This even makes the Foster deal look less huge, but in the end it's the same ballpark of strange.

Certainly not as good as the Ogunleye trade. That was a hell of a 3rd. The end result, though, is that this helps Chicago in the short term and hurts them in the long. I don't know what makes other teams pay for our nickel backs as if they were starters, when they're not even going to be using (or had used, like Howard) them as starters.

I don't. I'd kinda like Carolina there, and all.
