    Fuck, man. And now the whole family is orn apart, but then again, in the long run its best for the kid.

    Yeah, fuck Tylski, but it sounds like that whore for a wife of his is the more abusive of the two.

    I hope the both of them serve time. I just feel sorry for the kid, and now she'll grow up to be abusive.

    Ex-Giant Hamilton gets probation for beating son

    MORRISTOWN, N.J. -- Retired New York Giants defensive tackle Keith Hamilton avoided jail time over beating his son, receiving probation in return for admitting that he used corporal punishment.

    Hamilton acknowledged in state Superior Court on Wednesday that he endangered the 12-year-old.

    Police say Hamilton hit his son with an electric cord and surge protector, picked him up by his throat and elbowed him in the chest on Feb. 1 after seeing poor grades on a report card.

    Hamilton told Superior Court Judge Joseph A. Falcone that it wasn't the grades that provoked his anger in his Montville home, but "the fact of not trying, in my eyes."

    "I disciplined him the way I was raised. Certain occasions call for drastic measures," Hamilton said.

    Under his plea deal, Hamilton will serve three years' probation starting in August 2007, when he finishes a probation sentence he is already serving for cocaine possession related to a 2003 traffic stop.

    He already has to perform 1,080 hours of community service for the cocaine possession conviction.

    Authorities plan to dismiss a second-degree aggravated assault charge at Hamilton's sentencing, scheduled for June 23.

    Hamilton, who went by the nickname "Hammer," retired in 2004 after spending his entire 12 year-career with the Giants. He started 157 of the 173 games he played, making 526 tackles, 376 solo, as well as 63 sacks.
