With the 11th pick in round 1, Haslet can be heard throwing a hissy fit in the STL war room because Lenihan wont let him have that DT (Bunkley)they need beside LeRoi Glover and in front of Spoon.

Instead Offensive minded Lenihan sends Haslet to the corner for a timeout and selects TE Vernon Davis to add to his O in 2006/2007. Wiggins had 70 receptions under Lenihans system in Minn and McMicheal had 60 in Miami. Lenihan cant believe his luck and is seen with a giddy smile all day long as he has visions of Davis, Holt, Bruce, Bulger and Jackson tearing up NFL defences.

I've seen that pick a lot, and as much as I like Bunkley, do people realize that they run a 3-4 in Cleveland? (they also signed Ted Washington) Unless they plan on using him as a 3-4 DE, I don't see this being very likely.

Cleveland need another Center. I hear they might be moving Bentley back to guard and are trying to trade Faine.:imagestor

Way to go nowhere since rejoining the league Cleveland.

I thought about going Bunkley for Detroit, with Wilkinson getting long in the tooth. Bunk would be nice paired with Shaun Rogers.

Actually, at his combine weight (284?), he might be a decent fit at 3-4 DE. Don't you think?

Pissed that Bunkley is off the boards, Baltimore selects CB Jimmy Williams from Virginia Tech.
