i'm not complaining about the heels road....just don't think Tennessee deserved a higher seed than them...and neither deserved a higher seed that BC.

We got beat by a hot BC team who almost beat a gay dook team. Wow, that's redundant.

Here's a mental image. If BC and dook met in an alley to settle that scuffle dook would be snapping their fingers and dancing like in West Side Story and BC would be an actual gang. Paulus would dance around Dudley who would then hit him with a shovel in his pouty little face.

We beat your team as much as you beat ours. Plus, we didn't have the refs calling phantom fouls or blantanty bullshit flagrant fouls to help us out.

I hope K gives the refs a championship trophy. God knows they deserve it.

 

Duke had 17 fouls on them and BC had 22. 2 or 3 of those were at the very end when they had to foul to stop the clock. UNC had to foul to stop the clock at the end of the game against BC and BC still had 1 more foul call at the end of the game. Dean Smith had a starting lineup of Worthy, Perkins and Jordan along with other great players and he only got one championship out of that. Coach K has the same amount of titles as Dean Smith and Roy Williams combined and it's not like those teams weren't filled with All-American talent. If, by your definition, Coach K's teams choke then you are pretty much calling Dean Smith an even bigger choke artist based on number of final fours and national championships which is just stupid. I'm sure Carolina wouldn't mind being able to play today. And the new rankings came out today...Tennessee not even in the top 10, BC is ranked #7. Them being a four seed is dumb.

 

Wow, I didn't know Duke was the overwhelming favorite in 1994. I was pretty sure that was a one man team, and I thought that man cracked his tailbone 2 min into the NC game.
