    Can any afford him? Philly can't... he probably views them as a contender. Atlanta can't... but its close to his current home. Jax I think can... he wants to go play for Del Rio again.

    what is a contender now? what was not considered a contender yesterday might be a week from now. Shit, the cards could sign several impact free agents and be a force on paper going into next season.

    The Packers could put a nice team around Favre if they choose to make another run with him. A team like Minnesota has to be licking its chops. Bring in Edgerrin James and Eric Moulds and watch Culeppper round into form.
