    if you were logging in with a domain administrator account and removed the machine from the domain, you need to know the password for the local admin (or another equivalent local account). ERD 2002 is old - XP Pro SP2 implemented some new protections to make it harder for the off-line password hacking tools to work, so you may be outta luck. You can always just re-install XP...
