Atlanta picked in the 27th spot last year so I used their slotted picks to come with these slots for us, it’s not exact but should be close enough for now, and should factor in other teams comp picks in the later rounds (we shouldn’t get any)

    So with picks - 27, 59, 90, 128, 160, 241, 243

What would you do given this list of prospects?

Not many WR's in there near the top.

stay away from the lineman whose helmets look way to tight.

When Smitty took that one back the other night I was thinking "that's why he is doing double duty" but I've long been in agreement with those who would rather see us use a dedicated return guy.

Where can we get a return guy?

i see most mock drafts having us taking a te with the first pick. one of them has us taking mercedes lewis from ucla he seems like a te that would fit in with the panthers he is a good blocker and he can also catch the ball which is a plus would he be a good fit here

I'm not a fan of Mercedes at all. I think he's just a tall wide receiver, and I'd much rather have Pope or Davis if we were going to draft a TE at #27, which we won't.

Do you think Pope would make it to 27? I'm glad you guys are into this.

i wouldnt mind having a te that could actually catch a ball instead of just blocking. hopefully they will use the first one someone who can catch a ball. i think thats there biggest need right now depending on what moves they make during fa

I really think we'll be fine with Colbert & Carter rotating the #2 & #3 WR positions, but only if we can get kick ass pass catching TE and cut Magnum & Seidman...

If not for nothing else, we would have one in practice to learn how to defend one...

We need a RB, but if I had the choice of keeping Foster, Shelton & Davis...I'd lose all three. Bring in somebody like Chester Taylor and then trade up & draft a real RB.

I'd like to see as many as possible return on defense

and please don't draft another QB. Just let LeFours go and pick up a saavy washed up veteren

If it falls that way I go with Rodrique Wright in the first round. I know nothing about that guard they have listed at #59 but he is freakin huge at 6-5 and 370 lbs. He should not get forklifted into Jake inside.....
