    it's great to have them proud, but I don't want them too pumped. I really liked some of what Smith said, humbly, but if they think they're world-beaters, that's where we start having the coaches talk about not having a letdown.

    I think Lucas probably gets the pre-game speech this week and will do what he can to get everyone focused. Being one game away from the Superbowl, I'd certainly hope that they don't get over-confident, but we probably won't have the same edge that we did against Chicago. I guess it helps that pretty much everyone is still picking Seattle to win.
