I feel good about our future, we have 21 of 22 starters signed through next year (OLB Hillenmeyer is a restricted FA, so we can even match any offer on him if we wish) and the loss today should make them even hungrier next year (plus we could have an easy schedule with us playing the NFCW and AFCE).

Anyway, I'll shut up now, got to get Kian to bed so I can start trying to forget the game today.. lol.

We get dissed but we've been there before. Good experience for them.

Grossman put more points on our D than Eli Manning did.

    That's something to talk about.

Neither team gave up. There were mistakes on all sides, but it was hard fought and I don't think the Bears have much to feel bad about.

    Hard to play catchup...

but damn my boys tried to make it interesting at the end.

Congrats to the Panthers. Haven't seen a slobberknocker like that in a long time. Jake and Smitty set the tone early and often, making Tillman look like a fool. Some boneheaded playcalling (why keep Tillman out there?! why not use TJ more?!), but honestly, Panthers' O line just wreaked havoc on Bears front four. LBs were around, but they weren't enough. Rex surprised me by regaining his composure in 2nd half. Oh to have a decent TE to throw to over the middle.

Tough loss in Foster, but Goings is serviceable and he'll find holes. Seattle doesn't impress me much. That's not to say I'm rooting for either team. I'll be a bystander for that one, hoping for a good game.

    Good luck, Cats.
