I've been hearing talk about Bush being a 15 touch guy.

Why would you draft a 15 touch guy #1, or for that matter top 10? That's a serious question.

Particularly when there's 2 qb's that will be there.

Can Bush succeed toting the rock 300 times a year, and catching some, too? Wouldn;tyou want your #1 overall RB to be like Tomlinson, James, or Alexander and not a 'situational'player?

    Anyway. Just curious about that.

I think 20's realistic. You can probably get him 5 receptions, 15 runs.

It'd have to be an open offense. Fair amount of draws, lots of passing.

It's damn sure not ideal. I don't think he's going to be a huge success unless things are just right - say, in a Martz offense, but with him actually being used.

Behind the Texan line how can he do anything? Geez give Carr a chance and trade down.

If Bush really is a 15 carry player, he'll have to be picked up by a 2-back system team. And no way in hell I'd blow a #1 overall pick for a guy like that.

If he really is a 15 carry player, that is. But I don't think he is. He and White remind me a lot of the Williams/Brown duo in Auburn last year. Williams turned out okay as a feature back (so far).

well honestly i think of the 3 between young bush and leinart... i think young is gonna do the best of these 3.. and once he gets on a pretty good team... he will be better than vick... he can run and beat ya with the run just like vick.. hes big like mcnabb and can break a tackle no matter whose giving it.. and unlike vick.. he can throw the ball with awesome efficiency.. vince young will be a great QB in the NFL... i think lendale white will be a great back for the nfl also.. lendale white reminds me more of like the ricky williams or larry johnson and edge. james

Are these not the same questions people had about Cadillac Williams? Granted he wasn't #1 overall but, I think he did a pretty good job carrying the load.

The Texans are far from one player away from respectability due in part to them ignoring their offensive line for too long. Trade down

Between kickoffs, punts, running the ball and lining up as a WR I think Bush can easily handle 20 touches per game and be very successful.

I see him as a Marshall Faulk type player.
