I think there are plenty of dissapointing players this year.

Boller and Harrington had some pretty high asperations this year.
Priest Holmes hasnt set the woods on fire.
Tony Gonzales, of course some of that has been scheme.
Kurt Warner with all those WR's had some expectations this year.
    Ray Lewis.
    Corey Dillon.

Those are the ones off the top of my head, I am sure there are many many more that could have easily been on that list.

I agree with all except Peppers and Sanders. Pep's doing everything but getting sacks, which is an over inflated stat anyway. True sacks are important and they are a sign of a players productivity, but there are many more aspects to a players game.
Expectations for Sanders shouldn't be all that high, he should have stayed retired.

Ok coming from someone who just enjoys watching football but doesn't analyze every minute detail of the game, I don't see Pep as a huge disappointment. He's still all over the field and chasing down plays that are completely away from his side of the field. Yeah, I'd love to see him have a lot of sacks and no, I don't think he's taken over a game yet as he has in the past, but I think he is still impacting opposing offenses. I'd like to see him be better able to disengage from contact, but I for one am still glad he's a Panther.

    Picture #9 is a classic.
You can tell (mainly by his eyes) that Brooks knows he's about to get creamed by Morgan.

It's hard to say. Personally, I agree. Disappointing would be, to me, if he were playing substandardly. And I don't believe he is. His sack totals are disappointing, but that's certainly not all a defensive lineman should do. He's handling the run, he's getting pressure, he's getting push when he takes inside lanes, it's all there as he would need to be doing, except when the dust clears

The potential for more is there, and it's frustrating to see it not get realized. But he's working hard, he's doing the things it seems he should be doing, for the most part. It's like with Rucker last year. Getting pressure, handling the run, making things happen, just not getting a bunch of sacks.

I think it's easy to put the team's overall lack of sacks (moreso than pressure), on Peppers, but nobody on that line has put up big numbers so far, and in years past each of them would have multiple sacks.

As for Morgan being disappointing, I'd tend to agree, but after WW had a couple great games and then went out with the injury over the Miami (?) week, he's not been as electric, and Morgan has been taking up some of that slack. He's still not all over the field, but he's been our best LB IMO, over the last few games, and he's handled his responsibility. He's taken the run head-on some, too, which was a big criticism of mine.

I feel like Morgan must be doing a pretty good job just in a general sense because our run D has been good. Peppers has been dissapointing to me, not so much for his lack of sacks but for the lack of impact he is making. He needs to be more than just a solid DE.
