I'm not out to make them feel bad for inconveniencing me into telling them they're wrong.

I fuck with you, because it's fun. You get all angry over interpretations of "awful".

I'm lost. Are we jumping on each other's dicks or racing to see who was the first to jump on Smitty's here? Morgan was my fault as I picked him. Everyone here gave Jenkins shit his first two years. Smitty shut everyone up on the opening kickoff of his first game against the Vikings. Let's move on...

yeah, I was a little beside myself about Will. I liked Foster over Portis, but partly because I thought Portis was getting so much hype for just his speed, a la Trung Canidate the year before.

Can we really let this go by without mentioning our collective reaction to the Rashard Anderson selection? Sometimes you get those "Huh? Wtf?" reactions to third round picks, but in the first round?

Shit, why stop here? Let us debate who everybody was pimping in the expansion draft.

I wanted a corner. I had an infatuation with Deon Grant even then, but I also wanted a corner. Kinda hoped for Plummer. Didn't get him. Bulluck would've been good weakside, but Seifert liked that bigger guy weakside a lot of the time - Barrow, and intended for Morgan to be there. I dunno whether Hovan woulda actually been that big a deal or not, but we could've used the help. I do wonder whether mcKinley would've developed into anything here given the time, being that he eventually became a serviceable NT.

I remember Mel Kiper giving us all kinds of hell for not drafting Bulluck. It was probably the only time in our history that we got much screen time for our draft choice. He just went on and on about how we had reached for Anderson and had ignored our obvious need at LB with a playmaker like Bulluck still on the board. Who knew it'd be the one time that shitwidget would actually get something right?
