Not to hijack the thread in any way whatsoever, but it makes me happy to see anthony johnson's name up there (I'm assuming it's the same one that played here). i had the opportunity to sit down with AJ once and talk for about 15 minutes or so. he trule is a very humble man with deep faith, and I'm sure Sam is proud for him to speak.

the fact that more players, and celebrities in general, can't be more like Reggie, Sam, and AJ, is a saddening thing indeed.

I agree. Here are people who had more temptations present themselves than us normal citizens could ever imagine, yet they were able to hold themselves accoutable to thier families, friends, teamates and ultimately to us fans without asking for much of anything in return. Any time I see some Hollywood bozo check themselves into Betty Ford because they can't deal with the pressure of fame, or some athlete piss away thier God given gifts for a party and cheap thrill it just makes me a little sick inside...

You are the man. Thanks for posting this.

He sounds like a great person and in the world of sports sometimes it seems there arent many of those.

Kinda surprised to see Mora in there. Makes sense, though. Dom coached him all over the place, so that makes sense.

Sad - our linebackers as pallbearers.
