Dell Plasma TV

    Why would my 6 week old plasma start having a white screen with images "washed out" for about 5 min. if the unit has been sitting for a while without use. After it "warms up", color comes and it is great picture. Just started after 6 weeks of perfect performance. The tech. support guys at Dell have me changing outlets, inputs, cables, etc. trying to isolate the condition. If we can't figure it out in a couple of days they will send the replacement.

    Thought some of you guys would know more than the Dell techie. in India.
