    He would make a nice addition to the team. If the new backup center we drafted can long snap too then that should free up a spot on the active roster so we could carry Az.

    He can return punts and kicks which saves Smith some wear and tear. He is a decent slot receiver and has the speed to stretch the field. He is a better option to fill in as a starter than anyone else we have. He has been productive in the past but gets hurt a lot. That makes him a good backup in my book and he would be cheap.

    He only started 5 games last year for the Lions but he still had 31 catches for 533 yards and 3 TDs. He also averaged 17.2 per catch. That is with Harrington throwing him the ball. I think he could help us.
