Jones is the flavor of the day, he's what's popular...thus Kiper will creep him up and up and up...until someone else becomes the flavor of the day.

Jones is a late second or third round prospect.

Arkansas, WR, Matt Jones:… In a draft chock full of wild cards, none is more wild that the former Hogs’ QB. Jones was something of a draft oddity early in the year – a big, athletic QB making the shift to receiver – but he dominated at the Senior Bowl in January before blowing everyone away at the scouting combine in Indianapolis when he blitzed a sub-4.4 40 running at 242 pounds. Indeed, the 6-6 Jones –he’s also a former basketball player - is potentially a monster match-up problem for CBs in the NFL. Obviously, Jones is still a work in progress as a receiver, however, with that almost freakish combination of size, speed and athletic ability, Jones might very well make a very interesting option for, say, San Diego at #12, if the top 3 WRs all ultimately go in the top 10 picks. In fact, don’t count out Washington at #9; the Redskins have bigger needs at CB and maybe DE, however, owner Daniel Snyder is always looking to make a splash.
