    when it comes down to it, 2-6 is right...why isnt the field frozen at the last completed lap? Spencer got hosed. Bad on national TV.

    if you are going to do that, then you would have to have a Green-White-Checker finish, which may or may not change the outcome. The frozen at last completed lap is generally done in lower divisions and on Sat. nights at Concord, Carraway, etc.

    refresh my memory...werent they already under GWC finish? They had taken the white when they crossed the stripe, and Spencer was in the lead, Hailton passed just before the lights came on... I am not nearly as bitter about the outcome as QCH, but I still would like to think it was a fair result, thats all I am saying.
