    Chuck gets it easy today. Don't know what he's writing about, but if he wants to see how Tom has it, Chuck should head out to a game - bobcats, uncc, duke, unc, whatever - and write 15-18 inches on deadline (10:15 p.m. or 12, depending on game start).

    just my 2 cents.

    I saw Tom's 6pm sportscast. He had a couple of funny moments, but for the most part it seemed awkward to me. You could definitely tell it was his first time doing it and that he was uncomfortable.

    It's SORENSEN

    Well, my boy Tom fared a little better in the 11 p.m. sportscast. A little. Loved some of the zingers, but he should've memorized his lines a little better and loosened up. Chris and Sonja tried to get him loose with some banter, but he didn't bite.

    I'm waiting for someone at the office to email me Chuck's column. Looked like Brett Honeycutt - Mr Everything at the Obs - was redlining a lot of Chuck's commentary.

    Chucks column was about the difference in Carolina { North and South }

    I say Carolina meaning the Tarheels

    Some Say Carolina meaning the Gamecocks..

    kind of a weak column if you ask me..

    I was working last night, but my wife told me how Tom did. She said he was really dry. I had to explain to her that was his schtick. While we both are sick people and love dry humor, I think it was too much for her to handle (though she is not a big sports fan and Packer's show improves thousands-fold win he's on!)

    A shot of Chris having someone else type his article?!? Is this true? It had to be Honneycut! Way to funny!!!

    Yep. Columnists have it really fucking easy, no matter how much a few of them might suggest they put tons of work into it, they're just playing in the playground. Reporters have the work.

    It's okay, Sorensen's a jackass anyway.
