Pats put you in a tough bind. I really think you have to get pressure with 4 and challenge his recievers to beat you man to man with help. In other words, do to him what the Pats do to Peyton.

I swear, its like groundhog day. Different QBs, same day.

The screen pass to Faulk from 20-25 yards out that set up the third NE TD drove me nuts. Pats come out and line up with 3 WR's to the bottom of the screen. I tell the wife "Watch this screen to the top of the screen". Sure enough....

If I'm calling the screens the right way to beat the Philly D, Pats coaches can do it in their sleep.

Reid for the on sides kick. I hate that play, I don't have a clue what the % of it working, but I bet it would be lower than the probability of their defense holding and forcing a punt if the Iggies had kicked it off like normal. Then assuming a normal return they arent as pressed to force the yards v/s remaining time on the clock.

Its what happens when you get blitz happy. Or you start to overcompensate on the strong side. On that one play where all the Iggles follow the trip receivers to the left, and then the back took a screen to the one on the right. Bu-tee-full.

Players have to make plays though. Sheldon Brown could have been a hero for the Iggles, read the route, cut underneath, I yelled pick! He couldn't have missed it, but it went right through his hands.

I thought that as well. Fake it, and kickoff. They won't get much of a return. Hold them and maybe with a good punt return you are one first down from FG range.

As it was, they didn't even send someone out to field the punt. Went for the pure block.

Several times I wondered allowed if Reid was napping during the game.

That's the bottom line isn't it? Philly just plays that way so in a way I'm asking the leopard to change it's spots in - what - the middle of the third quarter? Kinda unfair...

Unless you were me and you wanted them to win... :)

I wasn´t really saying he was the biggest ever, but maybe the biggest ever that has been overlooked. The point being that fans talk a lot of junk about Manning not being able to win the big game, but when have you ever heard them talk about McNabb like that.
