    new logos are always the best way for a team to stop sucking ass...

    There's a huge difference. The old bird is mildly angry, this new one is pissed. I'll be shaking in my shoes when THIS Cardinal comes to town! :rofl:

    Denver changed logos and they went from losing three superbowls to winning two back to back. The Pats changed and won two superbowls and will probably make it three come next sunday. The Bucs changed logos and won their first superbowl. The Titans changed from the Oilers and made their first superbowl. The Ravens won it after changing from the old Browns. The Falcons went to their first not long after switching to the black colors.

    Of course all that is just happenstance but I do not blame the cards for trying. A cardinal is a pretty lame mascot to begin with, not exactly a bird of prey, so I guess they have to the best they can.

    And if the league expands and a new team takes the name the Sunflower Seeds, the Cards will OWN them! :xyzthumbs

    They should've waited until they moved into their new stadium next year before they did this to get a bigger spike in merchandise sales**

    I think the change is silly, but it might be a better likeness of a cardinal, than our cartoon character is of a panther. Can somebody post them side-by-side?

    Now they should change their name to the Fighting Dippybirds.
