    Anybody notice the Panthers haven't beaten any team with a winning record?
    Not even any with a .500 record. The best team we've beaten is St. Louis at .462

    no, but i remember last year that chipshot said we only beat one team with a winning record going into the playoffs. he was right of course, but i don't know how much you can read into that anymore.

    The teams we've beat have all been pretty shitty, and we've lost to some bad ones too. This little streak is great to see from the team, but I'm afraid we've failed the tougher tests up until now. Fingers are crossed here. Shoot, if we can just beat the Falcons I'll be happy no matter what else happens afterwards.

    If you look at it, we play in the NFC, there are what, 3 or 4 winning teams out of 16. This kinda limits our chances of even playing teams above .500.

    outside of philly and atlanta every other team in the nfc has major flaws, its kinda misleading. eluding to the late jimmy valvano, just make the big dance, survive and advance.

    SD, Seattle (7-6), GB (8-5), ATL (10-3) - we're 0-4 against winning teams. We've had enough chances, and that's kinda lenient given that we were supposed to have a very hard schedule.
