it's amazing watching people get enamored by Tebow when looking at the stats of a Colt McCoy, another talented guy who I don't feel sold on, who has almost double the passing yards Tebow does.

sure doesn't. But he acts like a quarterback most of the time.

I will bet that whatever loser team gets Tebow will be good within 2-3 years if they have/get a decent coach to go with him. That being said, we won't get him, or be good. Luckily for me, my expectations are low.

Starting down receivers is definitely a problem from time to time, and that won't fly in the NFL, but he can be coached out of that. He didn't have that bad of a game.

I don't think one game hurts his stock, nor did he have a bad game. I also don't think that him running around for two touchdowns would've made him a better pro prospect, it just would've increased the hype on him. It wouldn't make him faster than opponents at the NFL level, or make his release faster.

It'll be interesting with him. People will say he has too much talent to sit, so they'll try the gimmicks and make him play, stunting his growth. I guess they say that Vince Young is good enough again, and Alex Smith as well to a degree, and I don't think it's a coincidence that either came from the spread, run around a lot, or took until now to look moderately respectable. I don't think it would take any less long for Tebow, and chances are whoever drafts him won't be the coach coaching him should he become good.

After seeing that game yesterday, I don't want him. Talentwise, yeah, I think he's good but I don't want a guy who puts bible verses on his eye black stuff. He'd have that on there and the next thing you know he'd have a Tiger Woods-like story coming out about him. :N1Lies:
