    Amazing how they were considered not even a thought when coming to the Super Bowl in the beginning of the season. They deserve to be there.

    It's a small sample, but Denver has struggled against rushing quarterbacks. And what I keep coming back to is the Panthers' one major defensive weakness (the deep pass) being something Peyton Manning can't exploit. Carolina was the best team in the league this season against passes less than 15 yards downfield. Peyton is also turnover-prone and Demaryius Thomas only plays on the outside, meaning he will always have Norman on him. Anything can happen in one game, but I'm feeling really good about this match-up.

    Linebacker play has a lot to do with the < 15 yd stats being so good.

    That 2008 home game vs Denver was the first time we played Sweet Caroline as a victory song. True story.

    Don't the panthers have the record for the longest pass play in the SB?

    Maybe Cam to Ginn can beat the Delhomme to Muhammad play...be nice anyway.

    Longest QB rush TD is Kaep at 15 yds. Love for Cam to break that one for sure.
