    Jay Glazer just reported on the Tony Bruno show that a MRI revealed some damage that will have to be repaired surgically. Out 2-5 weeks.

    Anyone heard this?

    Panthers' Davis out 2 to 5 weeks


    Carolina Panthers running back Stephen Davis is out two to five weeks with a knee cartilage injury suffered near the end of practice Thursday.
    Panthers coach John Fox said the team would not change the offense, and that he has confidence in Deshaun Foster to assume Davis' role.

    Davis was the focus of the Panthers ground game last season, gaining 1,444 yards in the regular season.
