Secondary will improve with time they r still gelling and young as fuck i wish gamble wasnt a pussy nicca but he is and retired otherwise we would have one shut down guy to help expand our d playbook, nevertheless the secondary was exposed more when wilson could buy time with his dope scrambling abilities

One positive is that mistakes primarily cost us this game. Cleaning them up (who knows if they can) and playing a little better on O will make a huge diff moving forward, though I'm not necessarily counting on it at the moment until I see us actually see us win at the end instead of pulling out a loss from the clutches of a win.

Certainly they shoulda scored more (which is concerning because our O looked as inept a times like in preseason), but the two ST penalties cost 30 yds field pos. The Alexander penalty cost a great sack loss. The dang punt turnover (happened in preseason too) was very costly. Dropped passes and the last fumble hurt us especially. The long TD from them at the end with shitty bad angle from the safety as well.

the D was a pleasant surprise as well as the Oline play with a patchwork were def positives

they need to get their shit cleaned up and quit losing because of the mistakes after playing a fairly good game.

 

Yeah, it wasn't an "all hope is lost" game. But I think we're all frustrated because we've seen a lot of these mistakes you're talking about many times before under Rivera.
