    Overrated or underrated? Some of his older songs were incredibly well written, but like alot of people, he got more popular with his crappier stuff. Overall, I'm in the "underrated" camp.

    Too bad. I have to put a wedge under the power connection on my turntable to keep it going, but it's got a new needle.

    I snagged a friend of mine's old turntable before he threw it out. I have a nice record collection from my wife's uncle. Even got the Stones' Sticky Fingers album with the real zipper on the crotch.

    I saw him at the LA Forum in 1986...dude puts on a hell of a show. I think the reason many folks are turned off by him is the over-saturation during the Sledgehammer years.
