    I might be rebuilding an app in vb.net. One requirement would be that it would have to be able to function without network connectivity so no connecting to our DB. It's not transactional, just needs to have certain lookup tables that would only be updated quarterly.

    Basically I just heard of this today and it seems too good to be true.
