collinsworth sucks. I wish I could remember some of the stupid things he said, but I think I lost track after the first 15 minutes.

Oh, how about where he was talking about the detriment of Farve turning his back to the defenders for the play action fake and that led him to not see Vilma on the interception. He says this less than 2 seconds after they talk about Vilma getting away with holding the receiver.

 

The refs were moving around like they were trying to find the cool spot on the bed.

I love when they cut to the duo in the booth doing some "filler time" chatter. Collinsworth will be ranting about some formation, and if you pay close attention to Al's face, he's always fucking annoyed.

It was worse with Madden. Hilarious. They need to incorporate this cutscene into Madden 11, except with Gus Johnson decapitating CC with a butterknife.

 

Well, Favre was just throwing to a spot IMO under pressure, which is what he does, though I suppose the fake smoke pass didn't help. He didn't actually turn his back for playaction, which was funny since CC said he did.

That wasn't the worst non call in the world on Vilma. He was leaning on him and had his hand on his sholder, but he wasn't exactly moving him or impeding him. Shancoe was just standing there like a tool.

 

It was an impressive win for New Orleans, since several of their key defenders were on the bench. I didn't think they would hold them to 9.
