    No it's not. They're wrong. It caused by NOT stretching the plantar fascia. Your Gastrocnemius and Soleus (which the Achilles and plantar fascia are attached to) get tight from not stretching before and after workouts.

    I'm starting to have a problem with Jerry Simmons not requiring and not making sure the guys stretch properly. Of course, it may be a man thing because I never see guys stretch before or after lifting weights. :rolleyes:

    FWIW, been hearing some good things about Jeff King too....Panthers could get real young real quick if Mangum (and I know its not career threatening) is shelved for a while.

    I actually am amazed that he was rebuilt so quickly..of course, the first "Romanowski" hit he takes could be interesting.
