    Don't know why he didn't workout here initially (too green?) but he's faster than Fozzy and a better receiver. He's a more dangerous vesion of Fozzy and developed more as a playmaker at Philly. Maybe he's just a late bloomer and will give Carolina a boost this season. Might be a blessing in disguise guys.
